Welcome to the Strathclyde Police Force area of Around the Corner.

We cover an area of around 5,371 square miles that extends from Ballantrae in South Ayrshire to Port Appin in Argyll and Bute. We have some 8,500 miles of road with beautiful scenery, stunning views and great riding conditions.

We are committed to reducing the number of riders killed and seriously injured on our roads so in summer months you will see our police motorcyclists all over the West of Scotland looking to help you.

Our two routes have been designed by our police bikers for your enjoyment and can be ridden by riders at all levels of experience. Our police bikers regularly run these routes and are very approachable, knowledgeable and experienced. Please do not be frightened to approach them and say hello.
